We’re All Part of the Same

One of the things that's unique, nine times out of 10, if you were just a pop-in to an Islamic center like you came another time, you'll see the opposite from — they say that most segregated hour in America is Sunday, worship services. For the most integrated hour in America, nine times out of ten, would be our worship service.... nine times out of ten, your average Islamic center will be so diverse. Even as the people leave, even if we don't always see each other after we've gone home, that hour will be integrated. And that's really unique to Islam, one of the things, how we're all part of the same universal brotherhood, and it's not about race, nationality or color or anything like that. That's one of the advantages also being in America. You get to see that.
