The Changing Places: From Black and White to Technicolor Web site is a place for members of the greater Charlotte area community (and beyond) to come together and interact with one another. Using this Web site, including the Community Forums and Blogs and Response, visitors can share their experiences and grow together as a community. By participating in the Community Forums and Blogs and Response, you are agreeing to the rules and guidelines we have created and outlined for you.

Blogs and Response / Video Feedback Rules and Guidelines

• I agree not to hold the Levine Museum of the New South, or its members liable for anything stated within the blogs, blog responses, or video feedback responses. Comments posted in the blogs, blog responses, and video feedback responses are the sole opinion and responsibility of the poster. The Levine Museum makes no claims, promises or guarantees about the accuracy, completeness or adequacy of the information contained within the blogs, blog responses, or video feedback responses.
• The Levine Museum reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to monitor transactions and communications that occur in the blogs, blog responses, and video feedback responses.
• The Levine Museum and its moderators reserve the right to remove, edit or delete without notice any and all content placed in these blogs, responses, and video feedback responses.
• It is your responsibility to be familiar and remain updated to current Blogs and Response /Video Feedback Guidelines.
• Blogs and/or video feedback comments, post usernames, and Web sites that are inflammatory, vulgar, sexually explicit, inappropriate, rude or otherwise will not be tolerated and will be removed.
• Open discussions of varying points of view are encouraged but only if they remain constructive and not inflammatory.
• Do not post copyrighted material created by others without their permission.
• Do not repost content that has been edited or deleted by the moderators.
• Please do not, nor is it advised, to post sensitive or confidential information to the Blogs about yourself or other members (i.e. account information).

• The Levine Museum and its forum moderators reserve the right to remove, edit or delete without notice any and all content placed in these forums.
• It is your responsibility to be familiar and remain updated to current Community Forums Guidelines. All users of these forums must comply with these guidelines. Infractions of any guideline may result in revocation of forum privileges.
• Posts, nicknames, signatures, avatars, and general content that are inflammatory, vulgar, sexually explicit, inappropriate, rude or otherwise will not be tolerated and will be removed.

Anyone using/posting inappropriate content, language, starting personal attacks, engaging in hate speeches and rants, or being disruptive to the Community Forums's positive environment may be barred from all further discussions and/or the SRTS Forums completely.
