I finally found Kavkaz. The "Middle Eastern & Eastern European Cuisine" restaurant that is on Stallings Road right off of Independence. If you haven't been there take Independence towards Monroe, make a right on Stallings Rd. Go down about a block and it's across from the water tower.

You must go. Lunch today was marvelous. It's really an Armenian restaurant. They almost have their full liquor license. This Sunday evening they will have live music. So far just a soft opening. Grand Opening should happen next weekend (?). Very nice people working very hard to please and very grateful for the business. We have to help this one survive.
